Pleno Jardim

The Pleno Jardim residential project will continue the success of our first Pleno project, in Quinta da Pícua, distinguished for being a private condominium with a communal garden of around 700 m², just 20 minutes from the center of Porto. The project comprises 110 apartments, ranging from one to four-bedroom apartments, across 7 floors.

Construction on the project has already begun with Group Casais and it is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2028.
