A new residential project will raise in the eastern part of Lisbon, between Olivais, Portela and Parque das Nações, next to Cristo Rei Gardens. The project involves the future construction, in three phases, of 460 apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
However the urban development works are already underway and include a new public garden covering approximately 9,000 m², 400 new trees, around 8,000 shrubs and 241 public parking spaces, reinforcing the commitment to creating green spaces and improving quality of life.
